Refund Policy for Orders Placed Online

Selecting paint colours online can sometimes be challenging due to screen quality, monitor resolutions, and even the angle of screens when viewing site content. If you place an order online for paint that requires tinting, full payment is required prior to initiating the tinting process. For your convenience, we provide a link to Benjamin Moore's 3500+ paint swatches so you can indeed order exactly what you want.

We pride ourselves on maintaining accurate electronic records for quick recall so you can be confident that any repeat purchases are the closet possible matches to original selections. While we note that today's tinting equipment is extremely accurate, on the rare occasion we can make a mistake. We will exchange your paint and make it right! If you incorrectly submit a colour code or paint name with your order and does not appear to meet your expectations - we are sincerely sorry - refunds or exchanges in these circumstances are not offered.

For items that do not require tinting or any form of colouring, we can provide a refund or exchange.  You may be required to provide proof of purchase if customer information related to your purchase is not provided at the time of order.
